Social Worker and Senator of Sungai Buloh Leprosy Hospital

Ean Nee was an ex-Mandarin news reader at NTV7, host of “Edisi Siasat” for current affairs, and an ex-programme producer “Galeri Perdana Mandarin”at Radio Televisyen Malaysia (RTM). She is now the founder of Care & Share Circle and headed the Oral History of Sungai Buloh Team. She is active in preserving Sungai Buloh leprosy settlement via an online museum project and re-establishing family ties of former leprosy patients and their descendants. She is often invited to provide talks on the emotional world of former leprosy patients and the children of Sungai Buloh at universities, colleges and schools to create public awareness towards issues regarding the leprosy community, the history of the Sungai Buloh settlement and the life of former leprosy patients. She is also the author for The way home, Pertemuan Di Pusara, and The Valley of Hope Pictorial History Book.
